Haha so today I apparently did not feel like cooking food.
Lunch was two meatloaf muffins I had frozen that I warmed in the oven, half a bell pepper, cucumber, and blue cheese dressing.
I met my friend for coffee and had a “rocket chai,” aka chai with steamed milk and espresso, and a teeny vegan maple glazed donut round bite adorable thing.
After grocery shopping I had pecans, hazelnuts, dried apricots and cranberries, a clementine, chocolate, and pumpkin spice tea…
And for dinner I decided to continue the snack day and had baby carrots and broccoli with hummus and an apple and almond butter.
So delicious. During my recent phase of restrictive idiocy, I got into the idea that I had to eat super crazy low carb and eat virtually no fruits.
Okay, true, I feel best with a decently high amount of protein and fat and little to no grains, but come the fuck on Briana. I was worrying about carbs in fruits and vegetables. Really???
I LIKE EATING PLANTFOODS. I am no longer allowed to consider that wrong.
If bananas are wrong I don’t want to be right.
